Office Protocols

Here at Grace Dental, infection control has always been our top priority. We have always followed the most up to date recommendations regarding infection control procedures and have always disinfected all equipment and sterilized all instruments after each patient. During COVID we are also implementing the following additional protocols:

• We ask that you please remain in your vehicle and text us at (512)309-7029 when you arrive
• We ask that every patient wear a face covering while in our office
• A patient screening form will be sent to you before your appointment. Please complete this no more than 24 hours before your appointment
• Please check your temperature before you leave home. Your temperature will be checked again when you arrive
• Please call us if you have any symptoms associated with COVID-19 prior to your appointment
• A HEPA filtration system is set up in all rooms and waiting areas
• We ask that you come alone to your appointment unless absolutely necessary with the exception of 1 adult accompanying a minor
• Our staff will be utilizing additional PPE such as N95 respirators and face shields
• A special mouth rinse known to kill COVID-19 will be provided before your cleaning or any treatment
• To prevent cross-contamination we have removed all magazines, coffee, and water bottles from our waiting area. (Water will be provided upon request)
